Covid-19 Etiquette & Protocols

Vaccination Certificates

While in Red and Orange of the Covid-19 protection framework, we will require your double vaccination information to service your appointment. This keeps us in-line with current government mandates.


What happens prior to my appointment?

2 days prior to your appointment we will send you a reminder text, which will include a link prompting you to log in and verify your identity before being taken to our Covid-19 health agreement.  You will need to complete this prior to arriving in salon.  Not supplying this information in advance and attending your appointment, will incur a fee for our time and your appointment will be void.  If anything changes from the time you've complete the form, and your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.  Do not come if you are unwell.  


What happens at your appointment?

Please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.  Please come alone, as we try and limited the number of people in salon at one time, and maintain appropriate social distancing.  Masks are to be worn before entry, and remain on for the duration of your appointment.  No toilet access will be available through this time as it is shared across 2 businesses.


Upon entry, scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app.  You will then have your temperature taken, and your vaccine certificate scanned.


Please place all personal items in the provided container, where they are to remain for the duration of your appointment, and then use the provided hand sanitiser.

What happens after your appointment?

You will be checked out as per usual, with contactless payment available.


Our promise to you

We will do everything within our power to create a safe environment so you can enjoy your treatment.  We have always operated above the industry standard when it comes to hygiene practices, and this will continue.  We will also adhere to the health guidelines of staying home if unwell ourselves.  In this situation it would mean appointments would be rescheduled for the next available time, but we appreciate your understand that it is for your protection.
